A bright wooden staircase leads to the next floor, where there are two rooms, a corridor and a large bathroom. In each bedroom, for maximum guest convenience, we mounted 43-inch TVs on the wall. A bedroom with a double bed, two bedside cabinets and lamps is equipped with a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table with a lamp and a comfortable built-in wardrobe. The spacious bathroom allows you to take a bath in the bathtub, and in addition to the wash basin and toilet, we put a Samsung washing machine in it and ergonomic wall cabinets. From the spacious living room, wide terrace doors lead directly to the wooden garden terrace. There, in the comfort of high pines, we can easily rest on comfortable garden furniture, and an electrically operated awning will protect us from an excess of sunrays. The house and terrace are surrounded by over 300 m2 of a carefully designed and maintained garden. Tastefully selected plants, a barbecue and a parking space lined with an openwork cube were made with a view to the maximum comfort of stay and relaxation.
The whole house has underfloor heating powered by an automatic gas furnace, which also heats the water. The heating operation mode can be adjusted from a dedicated touch monitor. In order to increase the comfort of air in the interior of the house, we installed mechanical ventilation with recuperation, controlled from the central touch monitor and air conditioning.
In all windows we installed internal and external blinds. The latter and the interior blind at the staircase are electric and operated remotely using remote controls. Garden lighting and irrigation of lawn and plants are controlled fully automatically. The price of the house includes a wireless Internet network (LTE), a folding bed with a changing table for a child and a high chair with a countertop.
We have completed the whole with modern, energy-efficient indoor and outdoor lighting. Carefully selected accessories in the interior of the house add flavor and charm so that your stay in our seaside villa would be an unforgettable, pleasantly spent time of the highest quality.
POBIEROWO – one of the most famous Polish bathing beaches on the Baltic Sea.
Undoubtedly, Pobierowo is the perfect place to relax. Regardless of preferences, in Pobierowo, the conditions for relaxation will be found both by people looking for peace and quiet as well as those who prefer active holidays by the sea.
The surroundings of the main street of the settlement – Grunwaldzka, on a strip parallel to the sea, about 3-4 km long and width of about 300m, in the summer season a lively place for 24 hours a day of relaxation. Along the street there are fish bars and fryers, restaurants, numerous ice cream parlors, discosand beer gardens. Children also very quickly give Pobierowo confidence.
In the center there are fenced playgrounds and lots of all kinds of attractions for children.
There is nothing more enjoyable than wrestling with sea waves or making “mud pies” and sand castles. On the beach there is a water slide, you can also ride on water banana. Also many bicycle rentals, go-karts and scooters have been prepared. The “Rewal Bike System” is very convenient – a modern bike rental system that allows you to rent a bike at one point and leave it in one of three locations: Rewal, Niechorze or Pobierowo (on the premises of sports facilities at Moniuszki Street). You can also rent equipment for Nordic Walking.
For many years in Pobierowo and other towns of the Rewal Commune there is organized a series of sport events under the title „Sun Academy”, which definitely have a positive effect on the possibility of active recreation at the seaside. Entire families often participate in games and competitions. Guests have access to a modern sports complex consisting of 5 tennis courts with synthetic surface and lighting, a skate park with a mini ramp with a bank, a quarter pipe, a funbox with grindbox, driveways and a handrail, a tartan athletics track with 4 lanes and lighting and many other elements.
Buildings in Pobierowo are mainly single-family houses scattered among forests. Only few pre-war holiday cottages survived (in the middle of the last century, Germans put 1,000 of them here). Most commercial and service facilities are located on the main streets: Grunwaldzka and Zgody.
You do not need to convince anyone about the advantages of Pobierowo in the summer months. However, we must not forget that also in the spring, autumn or winter, holidays by the sea are beautiful.
Holidays off-season have one more undoubted benefit – they are much healthier. It is in autumn and spring that the most important mineral salts, magnesium compounds and iodine are in the seaside air. For this reason, families with small children are encouraged to come out of season.
