On the ground floor there is a beautiful, spacious living room with kitchen and dining room and rustic beamed ceilings, fireplace, sofa bed (the possibility of sleeping for two), digital terrestrial TV, modern well-equipped kitchenette (4-position electric hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle and a set of dishes and cutlery. The bathroom is on the ground floor with a bathtub, a washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine.
A stylish wooden staircase leads to the next floor, where we have two double rooms and a second bathroom. Bedroom with a double bed and bedside table is equipped with 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers with four drawers and a mirror. The second double room has a bunk bed, a bookcase-chimney with shelves and a chest of drawers with four drawers. On this floor there is a second bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet.
Fold-out manholes lead to the attic, where it is possible to sleep on the bed mattresses for 2 people.

At the entrance to the wide and sandy beach, which runs along the steps (extension of Morska street), there is a 200 meters long bathing beach guarded in the holiday season.
If you are choosing a place by the sea and you are looking for a peaceful place where you can actively relax, then Łukęcin will be a good choice. You will certainly appreciate the peace and quiet that prevail here. Here, even in the holiday season there are no crowds.
Local history
Łukęcin is a small village in the Dziwnów commune. Like most coastal villages, it was initially a small, poor fishing village. In German times the village was called Lüchenthin. From the old days, a few rural buildings have been preserved on the road leading to Strzeżewo, eg a wooden house from the beginning of the 19th century located in the center of Łukęcin.
The tourist resort of Łukęcin was established at the beginning of the 20th century, and several holiday houses, villas and boarding houses were built at that time.
